At St. Peter and St. Paul’s Seal Church, we’re preparing our new Electoral Roll for 2025, and we need your help! The Electoral Roll is the official list of our church members, and it’s a meaningful way to show your commitment to our church family.
What’s Happening?
- Everyone must re-apply: Even if you’re already on the current roll, you’ll need to complete a new application form to be included in the 2025 roll.
- Deadline to apply: 10 May 2024. Please ensure your application is submitted by this date.
How to Apply:
You can apply in two ways:
- Online: Complete the form online.
- Download the Form:
- Download the application form.
- Complete the form electronically (a PC is recommended) or print and complete it by hand.
- If submitting electronically, ensure you include your name and date in the signature section.
- Return your completed form after a church service or email it to us.
Why Join the Electoral Roll?
Being on the Electoral Roll allows you to:
- Vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM).
- Stand for election to the Parochial Church Council (PCC).
- Show your support for the mission and ministry of St. Peter and St. Paul’s.
- It also means you can be christened, married and have a funeral at St Peter and St Paul’s even if you don’t link in the parish.

Important Dates:
- 27 March 2024: Preparation of the new roll begins.
- 10 May 2024: Deadline for applications.
- 25 May 2024: New roll available for inspection at the APCM.
